Connect your OSCAR instance
Enter your OSCAR EMR URL and credentials in the Integrations settings page. Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and never stored in plaintext.

Which versions of OSCAR are supported?
We support OSCAR Pro and the open-source OSCAR-McMaster builds. If you are on a hosted OSCAR instance, contact us to confirm compatibility with your provider.
Does Transcribe Health store my OSCAR password?
Your OSCAR credentials are encrypted with AES-256 before being stored and are only decrypted at the moment an API call is made. They are never logged or returned in API responses.
What happens if the OSCAR connection is unavailable?
Transcribe Health will show a clear error if it cannot reach your OSCAR instance. Your transcription session and generated notes are never lost - you can push the note manually once the connection is restored.
Is the integration included in all plans?
Yes. OSCAR EMR integration is included in all Transcribe Health plans, including the free tier.
Are more EHR integrations planned?
Yes. OSCAR is our first supported EMR. We are actively working on integrations with additional EHR and EMR systems. Contact us to request your EMR or to join an early access program.
